Refund policy
At Calastara, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards. However, if you face any issue, we offer a smooth and transparent return or exchange process under the following guidelines:
1. Return & Exchange Time Frame

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of receiving the product.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstance.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition as received.

It must be returned in the original packaging box with the invoice included.

All tags, labels, and barcodes must remain intact.
3. Important Conditions

Single Exchange Policy: Once a product has been exchanged, no further exchange or return will be permitted.

Wrong Bangle Size: If the customer selects an incorrect bangle size, a shipping fee of ₹200 will be applicable for processing the exchange.

Refund Restrictions: Refunds will not be provided for reasons of personal preference or choice (for example, change of mind, color, or design preference). In such cases, only exchange will be offered, subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

5. Shipping & Handling Charges

Applicable shipping charges depend on the order value.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping fees wherever applicable.

For doorstep pickups, a nominal charge of ₹100 per package applies (waived in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery).
6. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
To process any claim regarding damage, defect, or misplacement, a clear, uncut parcel opening video is mandatory.
Without this video proof, claims will not be accepted.
7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

8. Return Methods
a. Doorstep Pickup
We’ll schedule a pickup at your convenience. A charge of ₹100 per package applies, waived for defective or wrongly delivered items.
b. Self-Shipment
You may also send the product via a trusted courier service to the following address:

The return shipment must be booked within 3 days of receiving the product.
Please share the tracking receipt or AWB number with us once dispatched.
9. Refund Process
Inspection:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated if it meets our quality standards.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after the inspection is completed.
Deductions:

Prepaid Orders: ₹100 will be deducted for shipping charges.

COD Orders: ₹200 will be deducted towards shipping and handling costs.
Mode of Refund:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

COD Orders: We’ll request your bank or UPI details to initiate the refund.
10. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

For prepaid cancellations, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
